Every month we give you a recipe for a delicious cocktail that you can make at home to impress friends. This month we have a Polish theme and a nod to the amazing Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka. This recipe is featured in the January edition of Sussex Life magazine, make sure you get a chance to grab a copy.

Rhubarb Polar Fizz

75ml Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka

25ml Chase Rhubarb Liqueur

50 ml Rhubarb Purée

4 Pieces Crystallised Ginger

25ml Honey Syrup (reduced honey and water)

4 x Lemon Twists (finely peeled spirals approx 8cm long)

Fill a cocktail mixing glass or can with cubed ice
Add all of the ingredients and shake hard
Pour into a highball or rocks glass and top with Prosecco
Cut a notch into another piece of crystallised ginger and place on the rim of the glass
Enjoy with friends

Ok, so the Summer has officially left us for the year, but let’s not get the topic off to a tiresomely British start, so we’ll start talking parties.
